AI-generated content
Last updated 1 November 2026
Ornavie creates AI-styled jewellery photographs and reels from a shop’s real product photo. Every model is instructed to copy the jewellery from the shop’s own photograph, and the shop approves each generated photo against the original before publishing it. Nothing reaches a customer without that approval.
Are the photographs on this website AI-generated?
- The jewellery set is one real product photograph: a polki set by Maruthi Collections, published on Unsplash under the Unsplash License. Over the plinth, in "Your photo" and in the share image, it is shown as photographed, with only its black background cleaned up.
- Every picture of a woman wearing it, in every setting, and the reel are AI-generated from that photograph. Each carries a visible "AI-generated" label or caption, and each file says so in its metadata (the IPTC digital source type for AI-generated media).
- They are samples. On close inspection, small details of the necklace, such as the order of some units and the shapes of small stones, differ from the real piece.
- The people shown are generated by AI and are not real people.
- The catalogue listing (karat, weight, HUID, price) and the chat are sample values, not a real product or a real customer.
How are AI-styled jewellery photographs reviewed and labelled?
- The piece stays the piece. Ornavie asks the AI to change the model, the setting and the light, and to copy the jewellery exactly. AI can still alter a small detail, so a shop compares every photograph with its real piece and approves it before it is published; a photograph that does not match is not published.
- Every AI photograph is labelled in the catalogue as AI-styled from the real piece. The shop can publish its real photograph of the piece beside it; photographs the shop has not selected stay private.
- Reel disclosures depend on the format. The story reel shown on this website is labelled “AI-generated” on the video. The story reel studio keeps the disclosure in its accompanying post copy and records the asset’s AI origin. Keep the disclosure with a downloaded video when you share it; do not assume every story video has a label burned into its frames.
- Shops agree in the terms of service not to remove these labels, not to use Ornavie to make pictures of real people without their consent, and not to show a piece as different from what it is.
For a practical review, use the jewellery photo checklist: compare the outline, stone shapes, connectors, earrings and scale before approving an output.
Misuse is unlawful
Using AI to make a picture or video of a real person without their consent, sexual or obscene content, or content that deceives people about what is real can be punished under Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. Ornavie makes photographs of jewellery from a shop's own product photo; we remove unlawful content made with it and report it where the law requires. The terms of service list what may not be made.
