A jewellery catalogue your customers open on WhatsApp.
Jewellery catalogues for Indian shops
A customer forwards a necklace to her family. The photo travels, but its weight and details should travel with it. Ornavie puts the piece, its photographs and the enquiry in a catalogue customers can open from a WhatsApp link.
From your counter to their conversation
- Start with your real piece. Add its photograph and product details. Create AI-styled photographs if you want to show it worn or in another setting.
- Review before publishing. Compare each styled photograph with the original. Check the stones, settings and proportions; an attractive image still needs to represent the piece.
- Publish your catalogue. Group the pieces you want customers to browse. Include the real photos you want customers to see alongside the labelled AI-styled photographs; private uploads are not automatically public.
- Share the link. Customers browse on their phone, shortlist designs with family and enquire about the piece they have chosen.
The details stay beside the design
Show the information your customer needs to ask a useful question: karat, weight and HUID, entered by you, never by AI. Turn on prices and the catalogue works them out from your own rate per karat and making charge, line by line with 3% GST. A rate is valid for the hours you set; once it lapses, the catalogue stops showing a price instead of showing an old one. The catalogue can carry the conversation from “Which necklace?” to “Is this piece available for my wedding?”
Catalogue text is available in English, Hindi, Tamil and Bengali. Explore the sample catalogue in each language. Its jewellery details, price and chat are illustrative, not a real offer.
Keep the original within reach
A styled photograph helps a customer picture a piece being worn. The real photograph gives them a reference. Select the original photographs to include when you publish, alongside the styled images and their visible AI labels.
Use the jewellery photo review checklist before approving an image. If the generated jewellery differs, reject it or use the original photograph.
Does this live inside WhatsApp?
Customers open Ornavie’s web catalogue from a link you share on WhatsApp. It is a hosted catalogue, not a replacement for the native WhatsApp Business catalogue. An enquiry starts a conversation with the shop; it does not reserve the piece or complete a purchase.
Can a reel appear with the piece?
An owner, manager or publisher can save a delivered reel to the piece’s catalogue gallery. Customers can then watch it alongside the photographs. See how Ornavie’s AI story reels work.
